Ever since I remember, I’ve always been passionate about fitness. As a student, wife, mother and a doctor, my fitness goals have always revolved around other priorities. I always believed that in life, HUSTLE, DISCIPLINE and CONSISTENCY is the key to success in any aspect and you need to dream big and work on your goals cause no one else is going to see it the way you see it. No one else is going to feel it the you feel it. But applying those values in the aspect of fitness was never possible, until I joined FHIIT.
